Apply evidence-based Positive Psychology tools in structured environments with supervision and feedback.
Description:
Building on foundational understanding, learners explore a range of concepts and applied practices relevant to enhancing wellbeing in diverse real-world contexts. Through guided instruction and supervised practice, they begin applying evidence-informed approaches to support personal and interpersonal wellbeing. Programs emphasize the development of practical competence, reflective engagement, and culturally contextualized application—preparing participants to adapt and deliver wellbeing practices in ways that are sensitive to context and culture.
